en“Wir haben bereits einen Tag im Voraus online gebucht. Die Maxi-Stellplätze waren sehr großzügig bemessen und boten ausreichend Platz. Der Zugangscode wird erst eine Stunde vor dem Check-in verschickt, und der Locker lässt sich auch erst ab der offiziellen Check-in-Zeit öffnen. Leider habe ich den Code zunächst nicht erhalten, aber Marco hat schnell auf meine Anfrage reagiert und mir weitergeholfen. Insgesamt war der Ablauf sehr unkompliziert und zudem in mehreren Sprachen verfügbar. Ich würde den Service definitiv wieder nutzen.”

de“When we booked the storage it said on the Website that 2 luggages would fit in the big locker. For us that was not the case and all other storages were sold out so i left my luggage on top of the lockers. When we came back after a couple of hours it was gone. We contacted customer support to see if they had any idea if it was stored somewhere else and were informed that it was indeed stored in another locker once it was available. Customer Service was super quick, easy and helpful.”
